  • Refund Policy

    Kindly read the refund policy of The Stickybun Factory carefully before purchasing/ordering our items or using ours services. Our major priority is to ensure that our customers are happy with the item/service they have paid for and that is why we do our best to ensure youa get the best as you have ordered. Please, if you are having any issues with any of our items or services and need our support, kindly forward a message to us explaining your challenge.


    Please note that purchases over $60.00, catering services and/or event services, a 50% deposit must be made, and is NON REFUNDABLE: 


    Please note that, The Stickybun Factory will give room for reimbursement/refund of payment of item or service that you have purchased, ordered or received but not satisfied with based on the conditions highlighted below.. 


    Please note that, the following are the refund conditions of The Stickybun Factory:

    • If a purchase was made in your account or with your payment method that you did not permit. 

    It is important that you keep your account information and password private. If you give your details to someone else or appear to be abusing our policies, you are responsible for any purchases made and will not be eligible  for refund.

    • If a purchase you made was not delivered or is defective.

    In the above-named case you may request a refund within 10 calendar days from the date of transaction. To start your refund procedures please send your refund request to our customer support. Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help. If your refund is approved, you will lose your credits. We may deny any return if it fails to meet our return criteria stated above.

    • Item or service received is not as described

    If the item or service delivered is physically different from the description, previewed or ordered, probably, you expect the item to remain and function exactly as described and characterized but the item you received is not as described, you will be entitled to a refund.

    • Items that have not been received

    If you do not received and ordered item on the requested date or within 1 week of delivery without notification of a delay in advance of delivery date after purchase, you might be eligible for refund. You will be required to give your buy code all together by The Stickybun Factory to check your claim that you have not received the item ordered and paid for. Despite the fact that we think 1 month is a sensible time, contingent upon where you are located, you may have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven't received the item. 

  • How to Request a Return/ Exchange

    Please send your return request to our customer support. Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help as all returns must be approved. If your refund is approved, you will lose your credits. We may deny any refund request if it fails to meet our refund criteria stated above. Once your refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


    However, In the event that the item/service delivered by The Stickybun Factory is identical and similar to the depiction as ordered and paid for, there is for the usually no commitmеnt tо give a refund/exchange in circumstances like the following: 

    • You don't need it the item/service after you have used it already 
    • The item/service did not meet your desires after usage
    • You just change your mind
    • You ordered the item/service by mistake but you have enjoyed the usage already
  • Reserved Rights

    It is the right of The Stickybun Factory to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchange from customers at any time due to following:

    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. 
    • Site Malfunctions.
    • An irregular or excessive exchange history: regarding damage, missing items, etc. 

    Also, The Stickybun Factory reserves the right to refuse render service to any customer be it individuаl or an entity, in regards to the similar actions noted above.
